Imphal, May 27:
Expressing serious concern over Govt's failure to book the main culprits involved in stockpiling BPL rice meant for Senapati district in a private godown at Mantripukhri, the Poumai Naga Union (PNU) has questioned the rationale behind inking the MoU between representatives of two Naga bodies and the Govt.Talking to the press over phone, PNU speaker (assembly affairs) Th Apao said, "We cannot accept such MoU before the real culprits are booked".
While demanding to rescind such alleged unsubstantial and meaningless MoU, the PNU urged that the due rice quota for five months should reach deserving beneficiaries of Senapati district immediately.
