ILPS forms on Nov 18

Joint Committee Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) has informed the general public that forms would be issued from November 18 for the stringent implementation of
the system.
The move is to be initiated after the State Cabinet and Manipur Legislative Assembly gave nod to the implementation of ILPS in the State.
The Committee would take up serious actions to strictly adopt the resolutions taken in the National conventions held at MDU on July 14 and October 12 .
JCILPS said that the committee would issue three types of permits to the non-locals � 20 days, 30 days and 150 days permits.
These permits must be validated again before three days of the expiry date or within three days of the expiry date.
ILP for one year would be issued to the non-Manipuris of the State after showing of original domicile certificates.
ILP would be exempted to Central Government employees, State Government employees, students coming from other States but studying in the State, sportspersons coming for participation of tournaments/competitions, artistes coming for limited period of time and non-locals coming VISA cards.
