Imphal, November 13 2017:
The proscribed RPF has claimed that a demolition team ofits armed wing PLA attacked troops of 18th Assam Rifles at Maha Mani village, Chandel district at around 6.10 am today where two AR personnel were killed and five others wounded.
According to a press release issued by the outfit's assistant publicity secretary Bangkim, rampant human rights violation by Indian military forces in Manipur including killing of 1528 people in fake encounters, engineering involuntary disappearance of many people and raping a large number of women is now known to the whole world.
India can no longer deny the issue of human rights violation at international forums like the UN and the SARAC.
The same issue was raised during a convention of the UNHRC on May 4 this year where Indian officials maintained thatabig debate was going on in the country whether AFSP A should be repealed or not, apart from presenting a fabricated account ofwhy AFSPA is imposed in some parts of Lidia.
The Indian military forces, particularly Assam Rifles have been committing all kinds Of criminal and anti-social activities using mercenaries.
TTie Government of India and its military forces have been perpetually scheming to suppress the people of Manipur for good, the outfit alleged.
To fight for liberation of a colonised Nation is a right guaranteed by the UN.
As such, freedom fighters would continue to engage the adversary forces until the land is liberated, it asserted.
Mean while, the PLA's Chief of Army Staff has congratulated the demolition team for their successful offensive as well as all the people who provided logistic support.
