313 more vaccinated, 7 test positive

Imphal, March 31 2021:
While 313 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 yesterday, 7 people including five civilians and two personnel of the Central Armed Police Force tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
With this, the total number of people who have been vaccinated against Covid has reached 86,044 including 31,602 healthcare workers.
The total number of Covid positive cases has reached 29,400 while the number of active cases is 70, said COVID-19 Common Control Room.
On the other hand, 4 people recovered from the disease, while under home isolation in the last 24 hours taking the total number of recovered cases to 28,956 .
The recovery rate stands at 98.48 percent.
With zero death due to Covid in the last 24 hours, the death toll remains at 374 .
Meanwhile, the 7 new cases reported in the last 24 hours were detected at testing facilities at Imphal West (5), RIMS (1) and Raj Medicity (1).Of the total, the 5 civilians hail from Imphal West, said the report issued by Additional Director (Health) Dr Khoirom Sasheekumar Mangang.
The cumulative number of Covid positive cases is 29,400 including 25,956 civilians and 3,444 Central security personnel.
The cumulative number of recovered cases is 28,956 including 25,523 civilians and 3,433 Central security personnel.
The number of active cases is 70 including 63 civilians and 7 Central security personnel.
Meanwhile, the COVID-19 Common Control Room has informed air passengers who arrived at Imphal today (March 31) on Indigo Flight 6E-2251 and Air India Flight A1-889 to report to the Control Room or their respective District Surveillance Officers (DSOs) .
For Indigo Flight 6E-2251, those who should report include passengers who were seated on rows 16-22, 30-40 .
For Air India Flight A1-889, those who were seated on row 12-18 should report, said the COVID-19 Common Control Room.
