Imphal, November 07 2016:
The incumbent Congress Government is running on loans taken from different financial institutions and it is now bankrupt, said former Minister and BJP Manipur Pradesh spokesman Dr Nimaichand Luwang.
Speaking to media persons today, Dr Nimaichand said that the Congress Government is on the verge of collapse.
The Government has been taking recourse to different means which would land the next Government in big trouble.
Even though the State Government approved regularization of 700 teachers of college and higher secondary schools sometime back the Government has been saying that their salaries (pay structure entitled to regular employees) would be given from April 2017.This is nothing but adding extra burden to the next Government, Nimaichand remarked.

The massive recruitment drives being undertaken by the Congress Government when its term would end in just three months will put lots of financial burden on the next Government apart from creating untold misery for the masses.
The incumbent Government is literally drowning in a sea of debts.
It is unable to send completion reports and utilization certificates of many projects.
The poor masses cannot hope for anything positive from the Congress Government, he added.
On account misuse of funds sanctioned by the Central Government, the State Government is unable to ask for more funds.
In order to bring rapid development in Manipur and restore communal harmony, Congress party must be uprooted from the soil of Manipur.
He remarked that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most laborious one among the Prime Ministers of India.
To vote for BJP which is led by such a eminent Prime Minister would be the most prudent political decision of the people of Manipur.
There is no party other than BJP which can defeat Congress party, Nimaichand asserted.
He then appealed to all the people of the State to elect BJP to power and help the party in establishing a stable Government.
