Imphal, September 19 2016: Manipur Pradesh Mabila Congress Committee (MPMCC) president Loitongbam Tilotama distributed rice to the members of 62 households ofMaibam Leikai Gram Panchayat WardNo 1 under Langthabal AC who had been omitted on NFSA ration cards of their respective families today.

Tilotama said that the beneficiaries of the Ward earlier refused to take NFSA rice as many of their family members were found omitted on the ration cards.

As such, she brought the remaining rice and distributed to the public today, she said.

Drawing attention to the issue, a beneficiary urged the State Government to take up necessary steps to rectify the mistakes at the earliest.
