Imphal, January 20 2015: Scholarship for women students undergoing BEd and DIET training were presented by All Manipur Elementary School Teachers' Association (AMESTA) at its Zone-II office at Porompat today.

The presentation programme was attended by AMESTA head office general secretary Ch Santakumar, AMESTA zone-II president N Ibochou, Bhairodan Maxwell Hindi Primary School Headmistress and National awardee Kh Sunita, AMESTA former president T Rameshor, AMESTA zone-II Additional Secretary Md Abdul Latif as the chief guest, president and guests of honour.

The scholarship was sponsored under Canadian Teachers' Federation.

The women students were presented Rs 5000 each.
