Governor bids farewell to major Rahul Pathania

Imphal, May 20 2024: Governor Anusuiya Uikey bid farewell to military ADC major Rahul Pathania along with hosting a programme at the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan, here, on Monday.

Major Rahul Pathania joined Raj Bhavan as ADC to the Governor on March 16, 2021, rendering service to four Governors of the state.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor hailed major Rahul Pathania as a meticulous officer, who took care of not only every aspect of the safety and security of the Governor but also went beyond the call of duty in the discharge of his responsibilities.

She expressed thorough satisfaction with his services and made a special mention of major Rahul Pathania's efforts during the ethnic strife in Manipur, particularly his role in devising and coordinating relief efforts for displaced families on behalf of Raj Bhavan.

Governor Anusuiya Uikey also presented major Rahul Pathania a letter of appreciation and a memento, wishing him success in his future endeavours.

The programme was also attended by secretary to Governor Bobby Waikhom, additional secretary S Pritamkumar, officers, CRPF officers, personnel, and staff members of Raj Bhavan.
