MR/IRB medical test from Nov 22

Manipur Police has constituted three Medical Boards to conduct Medical Fitness Examination of 183 candidates, who were kept in the waiting list and recommended for appointment as riflemen in MR/IRB, from November 22 onwards.
In a notification issued Monday, IGP (Admin) K Jayanta Singh informed that the 1st Medical Board will be headed by 1st IRB, Churachandpur MO Dr Md Rakibud-din Shah; 2nd Medical Board by 8th MR, Chandel MO Dr S Nilapadama Singh and 3rd Medical Board will comprise 1st MR Sr MO Dr Golmei Ka-jairungla, MO Dr Ng Kilabati and 7th MR MO Dr K Dingo Singh.
The Medical Fitness Examination will be conducted daily from 8 am to 5 pm with effect from November 22, it added.
The notification also conveyed that the 1st Medical Board will sit at the 1st IRB, Unit Hospital; 2nd Board at 8th MR, Unit Hospital, and; the 3rd Medical Board at 1st MR, Unit Hospital, Imphal.
Further, the 1st Medical Board will conduct medical exam in respect of 17 candidates belonging to Churachandpur, Kangpokpi, Tamenglong and Chandel districts, 2nd Medical Board test 22 candidates belonging to Chandel and Tengnoupal districts while the 3rd Board will oversee fitness of 144 candidates of Imphal West, Imphal East, Bishnupur, Thoubal, Kakching, Kamjong, Senapati, Tamenglong and Ukhrul districts, it said.
The notification also directed candidates to report to their respective Medical Boards at along with relevant documents, two recent passport size photographs and blood group certificate from a government recognised hospital/clinic.
The Boards will complete the medical examination within three days and submit the report to PHQ by November 25, it further directed.
