All Political Party body studies options

The All Political Party ILP Committee which is now under pressure to enact an ordinance to implement Inner Line Permit System in Manipur today held a meeting during which the Committee tried to ascertain certain laws that can prevent entry of outsiders into the State without proper documents.
The case of Additional Superintendent of Police Y Victoria was also discussed at the meeting.
Student wing of Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) has been demanding the from the State Government a fitting action against Victoria in connection with a recent violent incident wherein several ILP activists including women were beaten up and later sent to jail on various charges.
