All Manipur Road Transport Drivers' and Motor Workers' Union general secretary Hamom Kullamani, who was also present at the press conference, condemned the conduct of Bhupenchandra Ghosh.
As Bhupenchandra is the president of the union, which is working for the welfare of drivers, his conduct was tantamount to attacking the union, he added.
Kullamani said that a complaint has been lodged at Lamphel police station in connection with the incident in which the president misused his licensed arm.
