Kakching, May 20 2024: The 7-day Combined NSS Special camp held on the theme 'Youth for National Integration' at Kha Manipur College, Kakching concluded yesterday.

The combined NSS special camp was jointly organised by the NSS Cell Unit I and H of the college.

A variety of activities were carried out during the camp including awareness talk by resource persons on different topics, cultural activities, cleanliness drive at the college and adopted villages etc.

The valedictory function of the camp was graced by retired Associate Professor Dr N Subhaschandra; Head of Commerce Department Y Raju; Head of Manipuri Department Ksh Nandabir; Head of Zoology Department M Dutjoy; Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) Co-ordinator Kshetrimayum Joykumar; Nodal Officer M Sharjit; NSS Unit I Programme Officer M Rajeshwar and Unit II Programme Officer Dr Ksh Birmani as the presidium members.

It is worth noting that N Monika, a student of Bsc 1st semester Botany was declared the Best Female Camper while L Priyokumar, a student of BSc 6th Semester Physics was declared as the Best Male Camper.
