The stakes are high and the league is tough! The team has to collectively perform as a unit and understand each other on the pitch so that a good combination of play comes through from them.

I believe in my foreign strikers and goals will need to come sooner." "Pritam is injured and is doubtful for tomorrow's match." "We need to work hard defensively and do a lot better.
The pressure is on the strikers.
We need to stop conceding goals and get goals from our strikers.

Salgaocar has good Indian players.
It will be a tough game for us and we need to work harder and get maximum points tomorrow", he said.
The weather is Shillong has been increasingly cold too and the home team has to make full use of the situation as the Goans are likely to be distracted and miss the sunny warm weather in Goa.
The tension is high in the Salgaocar squad as well.
The team has not be able to register a win and have been lost all their three matches, against Bengaluru, Mohun Bagan and Mumbai FC.
The team is yet to gel and get along with the new signings in the squad and also adjust to the new coaching tactics and style of play, of their new head coach Malcolm Thomson.
Salgaocar has a strong squad and their striker Darryl Duffy is back to form and has been scoring goals for his team.

"It will be a tough match and we won't take it lightly as well.
If players play to the full capacity then I think we can do well" .
