Taekwondo girl felicitated by IGAR (South)

A felicitation ceremony graced by Mrs Rashmi Chopra, President Assam Rifles Wives Welfare Association (ARWWA) HQ IGAR (South), was organised by IGAR (South) to honour Miss Latika Bhandari at Assam Rifles Public School, Mantripukhri on 13 Oct 2014 .
Miss Latika Bhandari has brought laurels to Assam Rifles by representing India in Taekwondo during the recently conducted 17th Asian Games at Incheon, South Korea.
She won her first match.
She has previously won Gold Medal at 5th Commonwealth Taekwondo Championship in 2011, Silver Medal at 11th South Asian Games in 2010 and Bronze Medal at 21st Asian Taekwondo Championship.
Speaking on the occasion Mrs Rashmi Chopra, President ARWWA IGAR (South) appreciated the efforts of Miss Latika and said that the complete Assam Rifles family is proud of her.
She further motivated all the young students of Assam Rifles Public School to take inspiration from her and work hard to fulfil their goals and achieve success.
Mrs Rashmi Chopra, President ARWWA IGAR (South) congratulated the proud parents of the young achiever and conveyed her best wishes for all her future endeavours.
