BMC Sr Women's League: YWC trounce NYTHC; KRYPSA share spoils with MPSC

YWC Langthabla trounced NYTHC Okram Chuthek and KRYPSA shared the spoils with Manipur Police Sporting Club in the 6th AMFA BMC Senior Women's Football League at Artificial Turf on Friday.
The tournament is being organised by All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) .
In the match between YWC Langthabla trounced NYTHC Okram Chuthek the both the teams match each other tackle for tackle.
When the first half appeared to be heading barren Ng Anibala took advantage of lapse in concentration of NYTHC defenders to score a goal in the 40+2 min to the joy of YWC players and coaching staff.
At half time YWC leads NYTHC by 1-0 .
YWC take the second half with one goal cushion.
The confidence was reflected in their play when they scored goals at regular intervals.
N Sunila scored in 48th min while Ph Bina added one in 59th min.
With three goals down NYTHC search for the goals continues and they finally found one goal in 70th min of the match though A Bijaya.
However, the goal came a bit late and was too little.
S Rina Ray of YWC completed the formality though a powerful drive in 80+1 min that found the net of NYTHC.
At the end of the match YWC comfortably defeated NYTHC by 4-1 .
KRYPSA Vs MPSC .
In the other match between the equals, KRYPSA and MPSC played a tactical match where individual flair were reduced to the minimum and importance was on holding the ball.
Both the teams employ fast and surprise counter attacks to raid their opponent territory.
The design of plays results in a barren first half.
In the sixth minute of second half Shakhitombi produce a goal for MPSC.
Suddenly, the match got a new lease of life as KRYPSA mounted series of attacks to reduce the deficit.
Police defenders defended stood firm against the waves of KRPSA attacks.
When the play appears to be heading in favour of Police D Grace brought KRYPSA in contention when her powerful low drive beat the defenders and custodian and found the back of Police net.
The goal stunned the police players while KRPSA had a sight of relieve.
Finally, it was in the right earnest that both the teams ended in parity.
