ITF Senior Grade Tennis : Tule Thongbam reaches +45 years singles final

Tule Thongbam will be facing Kulwant Singh in the summit clash of the above 45 years men's singles title at the ITF Senior Grade Tennis Tournament-2018 being organised by Manipur Tennis Association under the supervision of All India Tennis Federation at tennis court of Officers' Club, Lamphelpat, Imphal West.
Tule Thongbam sealed a 6-3, 6-3 win over Hatinder Panwar in the semi-final match today to cruise into the final of the men's above 45 years singles competition.
He will meet Kulwant Singh who overwhelmed Vijay Kumar 6-1, 6-3 in another semi-final clash today.
The men's singles final clash for above 35 years category will be played between Dilip Mohanty and Kannan Sethu.
Dilip Mohanty secured a 6-3, 6-1 win over Syed Zaidi in the semi-final today to set up final clash with Kannan Sethu who outlasted Nelson Jatin Kumar 6-1, 6-3 in another semi-final clash.
The final match of the above 55 years men's singles competition will see Rajan Beri take on Sharad Tak.
Rajan Beri had a 6-1, 5-7, 7-5 win over Pawan Jain in the first semi-final today while Sharad Tak sealed a 6-3, 2-0 (retd) win to cruise into the final.
Doubles competition
Dilip Mohanty and Bal Krishnan Bhatia emerged above 35 years men's doubles champions.
Dilip Mohanty and Bal Krishnan overwhelmed Kannan Sethu and Shridhar Ratheesh 6-3, 6-4 to win the title today.
The doubles title for above 45 years category went to Thongbam Tuleshor and Kulwant Singh who pulled off a 2-6, 6-2 (10-6) win over Arun Aggarwal and Bal Krishnan Bhatia in the final today.
In the semi-finals staged in the morning, Thongbam Tuleshor and Kulwant Singh cruised to a 6-2, 6-2 win over Yogesh Kohli and Avnish Chandra Rastogi while Arun Aggarwal and Bal Krishnan Bhatia had a 6-2, 7-5 win over Vijay Kumar and Hatinder Panwar.
Rajan Beri and Sharad Tak on the other hand claimed the above 55 years men's doubles title today.

Rajan Beri and Sharad Tak registered a 6-4, 6-2 win over Murthati Suresh and Nongmaithem Dilip in the final and claimed the title.
