In the first match of the 27th Sub-Junior Boys' and Girls' State Level Basketball Championship, 2009 organised by the Manipur Basketball Association (MBA), at Bramhapur Nahabam, LMYVA defeated YOSC 62-35 and win.
Although YOSC lose the match to LMYVA, the highest points in the match was scored by W Kenibir of YOSC.
He scored 28 points.
Premananda and H Dinesh scored four and three points respectively.
On the other hand Austin of LMYVA scored 16 points against YOSC in the match.
Susanta scored 14 points, Lubert scored 10 points, Nicky and Susorjit scored six points each while Rorendro, Tutu and Tgejkumar scored tgwo points each against YOSC in the match.
The second match was played between ESU and TDBBA.
The match was won by ESU after defeating TDBBA 39-14 .
Kasper of ESU scored 21 points against TDBBA in the match.
Dinachandra scored six points, Niranjan scored four points, Lincoln, Purnananda, Boy and Basant scored two points each against TDBBA in the match.
On the other hand Ningthousana and Yaiphaba of TDBBA scored four poinst each against ESU in the match while W Rajesh and Anikumar scored two points each in the match.
The third match was won by Ideal Club, Tera, (TIC) after defeating St Anthony 42-34 .
L Betal of TIC scored 22 points while L Ozzy and Th Dhananjoy scored 12 and eight points respectively against St Anthony in the match.
On the other hand Leonard of St Anthony scored 11 points against TIC.
David and Jack scored six points each, Duangai scored five points, Baorei scored four points and Bitu scored two points against TIC in the match.
The fourth match of today was played between CYLC and EEC.
The match was won by EEC after defeating CYLC 49-29 .
Priyojit of CYLC scored 13 points against EEC.
M Shyamchandra, A Jimbrawn and M Dhanachandra scored four points each while K Johnson scored two points against EEC in the match.
On the other hand Meiraba of EEC scored 15 points against CYLC.
Raju scored 15 points, Dayananda scored 14 points while Selvis and Biondy scored two points each against CYLC in the match.
