Ghanashyam, Herojit bag 'winners of the winners' titles

Y Ghanashyam and T Herojit on Saturday won the "winners of the winners" titles in the Air Rifle shooting and Air Pistol shooting at the second state level Kh Ibetonsana devi memorial shooting competition.
The competition participated by 67 players was held under the aegis of Manipur Rifle Association at shooting range, Khuman Lampak sports complex.
On the concluding day, the following players secured first rank in their respective categories Kangjam Prem in the Air Pistol (NR) Championship 10 M Men Individual category, Leimapokpam Delux in the Air Pistol (NR) Championship 10 M Junior Men Individual category, Khagemba Loukrakpam in the Air Pistol (NR) Championship 10 M Youth Men Individual, Soibam Saya in the Air Pistol (NR) Championship 10M Women individual, Tongbram Omita in the Air Pistol (NR) Championship in 10 M junior women individual, K Linthoingambi in Air pistol (NR) championship 10M youth women individual, B Shantikumar in the 25M standard pistol (NR) championship Men individual, Leimapokpam Delux in 25 M standard pistol (NR) Championship Junior men individual, Laishram Messiah in 25 M standard Pistol (NR) championship women individual, Milky Lukram in the 25M sports pistol (NR) Championship Junior women individual, Jackson Longjam in the 25 M sports pistol (NR) Championship Junior Men individual, Seram Binoy in 50 m .22 free rifle prone (NR) Championship men individual, Y Ghanashyam in 50 m .22 sports rifles prone (NR) championship junior men individual, T Aruna in 50 m .22 sports rifle prone (NR) championship women individual, Wahengbam Julia in 50m .22 sports rifle prone (NR) championship junior women individual.
In the closing ceremony, works minister Kh Ratankumar, Th Hero Director of Iboyaima Hospital and Research Centre and M Rachandra senior vice president Manipur Rifle Association and Secretary National Rifles Association of India were present as dignitaries.
