(IPSA) has expressed concern over the present state of affairs at
RIMS hospital and has urged the RIMS authority to look into the
matter at the earliest.
In a statement, joint secretary of IPSA said that the patients
are having a hard time in getting X-ray in casualty department
and demanded 24-hour laboratory testing facilities at RIMS
hospital.
It also urged the concerned authority to fill up the vacant
post of RIMS director at the earliest and said that recruitment
process should not involve money and should be held in a
transparent manner.
Doctors have a big role to play in making RIMS hospital
one of the best in the region and they should perform their
duties efficiently and diligently, it said.
