A three-day training programme on 'Integrating gender sensitive services in the targeted intervention programme for injecting drug users in Manipur' for the Outreach Workers of TI (IDUs) Project has begun from today at State Youth Centre, Khuman Lampak here today.
The training programme is being organised by Integrated Women and Children Development Centre (IWCDC) in collaboration with Manipur State AIDS Control Society and is being sponsored by UNODC Shillong.
The inaugural function of the training programme attended by Project Director (Technical) of MSACS Dr Kh Pramodkumar as chief guest, North East Regional Co-ordinator of UNODC Shillong Dr Pushkar as guest of honour and Joint Director of Social Welfare Department, Government of Manipur A Sharat as president.
The training programme is being participated by around 40 Outreach Workers of TI (IDUs) Project.
