Cyclist Bidyalaxmi reaches Assam's Sonitpur

With an attempt to spread the message of crimes and violences against women in North East States by travelling there all along by a bicycle, Sougaijam Bidyalaxshmi Leima has reached Sonitpur District of Assam after 20 days today.
The 17 year old rode off from Imphal on August 21 last.
She was received warmly by NGOs, Clubs and organisations at Sonitpur and visited six villages there to spread the message "Stop violence against women" .
She rode through Jakhalabandha of Nagaon district yesterday via Kalia Bhomora Bridge.
