IPSA appeals to government on ILPS

Imphal, July 16 2015 :
International Peace and Social Advancement had appealed to the state government to incorporate the five important points in the ILPS bill.
The five points which the civil society organisation wishes to include in the bill are to identify the names and origin of the person coming from outside the State, to identify the reason for visiting Manipur and duration of stay.
Restriction to outsiders in owning land, to identify all the outsiders who are settling in the State since 1951 and deporting them, to identify immigrants from Myanmar and Bangladesh and deporting them.
