Imphal, July 16 2015 :
International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) has said that the Govt's proposal to pass a fresh Bill within three months is adding salt to the wound.
In a statement, IPSA said that the State Govt needs not buy time in drafting a fresh Bill, which can be completed in few days.
IPSA also said that any Bill for the protection of the indigenous people which is drafted in consultation with 'outsiders' will never fulfil the aspiration of the people.
It urged the Govt to pass the fresh Bill within ten days.
IPSA also demanded fitting action against police personnel involved in the killing of Sapam Robinhood and those personnel of Kakwa PS who made a student protester to interpret ILP as 'Ima Lairik Paningde' .
