Source: Hueiyen News Service
Imphal, July 29 2013:
Thangbung Minou, a border village of the Anal Naga Tribe in Chandel district, is all set to restore its 'interrupted' glory by ensuring return of the displaced villagers.
A decision to this effect was arrived at during a joint meeting of Anal Naga Tangpi (ANTA) and Anallon Chiefs' Association (ACA) at MACA Hall, Panchai today.
It may be recalled here that the villagers of Thangbung Minou were scattered following the unfortunate Kuki-Naga ethnic clashes erupted way back in 1993-94 .
