Jiri-Imphal, Jiri-Tipaimukh bandh from Nov 3

Jiribam, October 31 2015 :
In solidarity with the 48-hour bandh called by various tribal organisations, Joint Action Committee (JAC) for Protection of Tribal and Minority People's Right, Jiribam has decided to impose a total bandh from midnight of November 3 till the midnight of November 5.The bandh will be enforced along Jiri-Imphal National Highway and Jiri-Tipaimukh Road.
All tribal and Bengali schools, institution, shops and establishment will be closed on November 4 and 5 and all tribals and Bengali students will boycott schools and colleges during the two-day days.
The JAC has also extended support to the 10-day economic blockade called by United Naga Council (UNC) .
