Imphal, November 20:
Surrendered militants (Ex-UG) in the State have pleaded Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh who is presently on a two-day visit to the State to consider the plight.
In a joint memorandum, 100 surrendered militants complained that they have not been provided any incentives for rehabilitation contrary to the assurance given by the State Government to them.
They said they surrendered in response to the invitation of the State Government with complete trust of the rehabilitation scheme promised.
But till date, the Government has not provided any incentives to start their life afresh.
