Imphal, September 12:
Manipur Human Rights Protection Guild has cautioned the people against imposters and denied having served a demand letter of Rs 3 lakhs to one of the RIMS's departments.
The demand letter had reportedly asked for handing over the amount at a place in Bishnupur district.
Talking to The Sangai Express over the phone today, president of the Guild Robinson, however, took serious note of alleged the high handed of some of the staff of RIMS when the organization approached for one time help earlier.
