Imphal, April 14 2016 :
Shija hospital in association with SSA will
perform corrective surgeries for the children who need special care
under SSA's Inclusive Education for Disable programme.
Shija hospital managing director Dr Kh Palin said that
corrective surgeries like plastic surgery and eye ortho would
be performed for around 40 children (at the age of 6 to 18
years) hailing from different parts of the State.
Shija hospital would perform these surgeries under IED for
the third time, he said.
The parents would bear only 10 to 15 per cent of the total
surgery cost under the programme, he said.
