ASHA training programme held

Tengnoupal, August 17 2017:
A two day training programme for ASHA on ‘Vector Borne Disease Control’ began at Moreh hospital today.
Altogether 101 ASHAs were present in the training programme organised by National Vector Borne Disease Control programme, Moreh, Tengnoupal district .
District Malaria Officer (DMO) of Tengnoupal Dr Shakchung Moyon, IEC consultant N Gopakisor Singh, Entomologist T Kamini Singh and DPO Moreh CH Vanisana Devi attended the function as presidium members .
During the training, ASHAs were provided with a detail education on Malaria which included blood site examination, treatment of Malaria, control of Vector Borne Diseases.
