WY tablets seized

Moreh , July 04 2012:
Custom Preventive Force, Moreh Tuesday seized 1434 WY tablets smuggled from Myanmar at Moreh.
The Custom officials were conducting road checking at Moreh Tali Road at Ward No 6 area on getting specific information about the tablets being smuggled from across the border.
At around 5.30 pm, Diha Loo (17) son of late Saw Kanjewa of Tamu district, Myanmar was arrested along with the tablets which he was taking in a plastic bag underneath 5 kg of rice.
The approximate value of the seized tablets in the international market is estimated to be around Rs 14,34,000, according to custom officials.
