Imphal, March 22:
Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) has strongly reacted against the observation of Governor Dr SS Sidhu in connection with the proposal put forward by an underground organisation to hold plebiscite under the supervision of UNO for solving the conflict problem in the State.
In a statement, the publicity and propaganda secretary of KCP said that the Governor should not compare the revolutionary movement in Manipur, which was an independent kingdom before its merger with India, with that of the Khalistan movement.
KCP also cautioned all its comrade against carrying out any activities that might mislead the people from thinking that revolutionary organisations are like some sort of industries out to there to fleece the public of the hard earned money.
The colonial rulers are trying their best to portray the image of the revolutionary outfits in the said as like industries to earn money, the statement.
Instead of taking up works that might mislead the people in thinking so, the comrades should try to focus on other important issues.
