Imphal, April 20 2012:
Keishamthong AC MLA L Ibomcha Singh has lamented absence of a State Government policy for medical care and economic security for workers in the unorganised sector.
Speaking at the 5th foundation celebration of Kanglei Economic Development Organisation (KEDO) held today at Nupi Keithel No.2 (Emoinu Ema Keithel) as the chief guest, the former Law Secretary noted with pride that through KEDO's initiative local labourers have started to work with dignity at the market places, formerly domain of migrant workers.
