Imphal, June 02 2022: Leaders of JAC of AMTUC and AMGEO and senior accountant general (A & E) Manipur held a meeting on Thursday and discussed about the missing of credited fund from the account of pensioners and GPF account.

According to a statement of the JAC, the meeting held at the office of principal accountant general Manipur at Babupara thoroughly discussed missing of fund deducted from government employees to be credited to GPF.

The JAC team comprising president Th John, general secretary Th Momocha, secretary (administration) N Dayanda, secretary (organisation) L Ranjoy and secretary (finance) highlighted about the difficulties faced by retired government employees in pension process while senior deputy accountant general assured of taking up necessary steps to end such problems.

A memorandum in this regard was also submitted to the chief minister, the chief secretary and the principal accountant general.
