Photography course to be held

Imphal, May 13 2015 :
Images of Manipur informed the general public that the 4th batch free photography course 2015 for three months to the BPL, AAY card, Annapurna card holder family members and Physically challenged persons from Municipal Councils of Imphal, Thoubal, Kakching, Mayang Imphal, Nambol, Bishenpur, Ningthoukhong, Moirang and Jiribam under National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM), EST & P component sponsored by Manipur Urban Development Agency (MUDA) Government of Manipur will be held from last week of May.
In a statement issued by Images of Manipur Secretary Jinendra Maibam, the last date of form submission of the said course will be on May 18 and the trainees will get travelling allowances of Rs 2000 .

Meanwhile the Images of Manipur has declared the result of ongoing course cellphone photo contest at Langol hill range.
Angom Amala of Thangmeiband Thingel Maru bagged the first prize while Johson of Chingamakha got second prize.
For the wildlife photo contest held at Manipur Zoo on April 30, Dewan of Pishum Ningombam got first, Y Robin of Mayang Imphal 2nd and Asapou Malangmei of Thangmeiband Thalon third positions respectively.
Jinendra further said that the 3rd batch photography course for trainees along with officials consisted 26 persons and the team will go to Siroy (Shurui) peak at Ukhrul for conducting landscape photo contest on May 19 .
