GUDUP, KISG offer donation to family of fire mishap

Kangpokpi, December 01 2015:
GUDUP, a WhatsApp group consisting 19 members including social workers, Government employees, journalists, etc donated Rs 12,000 to the bereaved family members of two minor children who recently killed in the fire at Jangmol Village on November 26 night.
The members handed over the contribution amount to the bereaved family members in the presence of Village Chief at around 3 pm.
The visiting members also visited the gauche incident site (the bereaved family house) where two eight and five years old minor Childrens have killed.
According to the customary beliefs by the Kukis, the ill-feted residential house of the bereaved family had to dismantled the house and the family members has to sheltered in the Church kitchen for temporary.
Speaking to the bereaved family members Tongpu Kipgen, member of GUDUP expressed deep condolence and shared sorrow with the bereaved family members and prayed for physical, mental and spiritual recovery of the bereaved family.
The members also pay homage to the departed souls.
Meanwhile, Kuki Inpi Saikul Gamkai also visit the bereaved family and handover two traditional shawls "Saipikhup" as marked of respect and tribute to the two innocent victims with Rs 5,000 in cash to the family members.
