Imphal, August 20 2019: Puwar Achievers Foundation New Delhi conferred the 2nd Iconic Personality Awards 2019 to Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Manipur vice-president Lenin Hirom (National Awardee) .

The function was awarded at Lajpat Bhawan auditorium yesterday in which Lenin was awarded with a certificate and memento, said a press release issued by secretary of Relief Centre for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Manipur.

The award was conferred recognising Lenin's contributions and works taken up for differently abled persons.

Under his guidance, counselling programme, home base counselling, orientation programme, vocational training programmes etc were organised, it said and added that he strives to uplift PwDs in the society.

His works were also recognised in July 14, 2019 when he was awarded the International Indian Bestiz Award during a function organised by NRB foundation and Bhavya International at Jaipur.
