Govt's attention drawn on Moreh residents' plight

Moreh, May 28 2012:
Vice-president of Meitei Council Moreh (MCM), Thangjam Ibungo has drawn the attention of the Government to look into the plights of Moreh denizen against the onset of monsoon season.
Stating that the raise in temperature brought many hardship to the denizens, Ibungo said one hardship faced by the people is irregular power supply.
Mentioning that many wells have been dried up, the hardships added with the prevalence of many diseases accompanied with the season.
The MCM VP therefore urged the Government authority to address the plights of the Moreh denizens cutting across communal line.
