UNLF to probe CBSE admit card issue

The proscribed UNLF on Monday said the front has taken serious note of the denial of admit cards by some schools to around 2500 students preparing to appear the CBSE exams in the State.
A statement signed by the organisation's director in-charge of department of publicity, M Sak-hen further said that the front will punish all wrongdoers after conducting a thorough investigation into the matter by a fact finding team.
It said the situation faced by the victim students who are expected to become apt resource of the land is a condition which cannot be repaired.
The school authorities and State Government were well aware of the imminent outcome, it said.
The statement alleged that all Government Colleges and Schools in the State now do not have enough students while children from good economic background are pursuing education in private educational institutions.
A large number of poor children who cannot afford to pay school fees have been left in a tight spot and on top of that, they have been ridiculed for their deprived status.
"This is the education system introduced by the colonial power," UNLF alleged.
The statement said that the 2500 students have been intentionally dragged into the same grim situation.
UNLF added that the front will put in efforts to mend the present education system of the State and that all persons involved in the case will be punished.
