Many continue to extend relief, safety items

Sustaining the efforts of extending help to families affected by Covid-19 pandemic, All.
Manipur United Clubs' Organisation (AMUCO) along with like-minded organisations distributed edible items to 180 households in Keirao A/C and Wangoi A/C on Sunday.
AMUCO and local clubs distributed the items to 80 households in Keirao A/C including Kyamgei Awang, Kyamgei Maning, Kyamgei Mayai, Kyamgei Mamang and Kyamgei Khoirom Leikai.
Similar items were distributed to 100 households in Wangoi A/C including Samurou.
Awang Leikai (Mamang), Samurou Awang Leikai Samurou Keithel, Samurou Mayai Leikai, Samurou Mamang Leikai, Samurou Makha Leikai and Naorem Chaprou.
Mention may be made here that AMUCO has distributed relief items to 6503 families affected by Covid-19 till date.
Youth's Foundation for Fitness and service (YOFFS), Manipur along with AMU CO also distributed AYUSH medicines, provided by state AYUSH Department, to 1200 people of Laipham Khunou Makha Leikai on Sunday while Tomthin Green Zone and Youth Brahmapur Club (YBC) provided edible items to 160 households and IMC garbage collection card holders of Brahmapur Aribam Leikai.
Emoinu Yahwloi Lup Nagaikhong Khullen along with Manipur Pollution Control Board chairman MLA L Radhakeshor, social workers Y Joykumar, I (O) Memma, L Brojen, Ng Shiva Kumar and Ngaikhong Khullen GP members distributed essential items to 160 families in nine wards of Ngaikhong Khullen GP.
Social worker Kangabam Jadumani distributed edible items to households in Yairipok Kekru and Thoubal Haokha Mamang Elangbam Leikai that have been notified as containment zones.
He also provided monetary aid, lime and other materials to sanitise Pukhri Achouba of RYDO Charangpat.
KAKCHING: Eteen Computerized Eye Testing and Eye Care Centre proprietor Maibam Eteen donated face mask, hand sanitizer, PPE, hand gloves, face shield, Vitamin C tablet and edible items for 135 inmates of Community Home Isolation Centre (CHIC) opened at S Kula Women's College, Kongkhampat, Nambol and volunteers of Covid Task Force manning the CHIC.
Maibam Eteen has been donating similar items to frontline warriors and poor families since the beginning of second wave of COVID-19 at different places of the state.
