A day after seven cadres out of the 10 nabbed at Dispur, Assam were brought back to Imphal, three more including two women cadres were also brought back today by a team of Manipur police.
Meanwhile, the seven cadres, brought back yesterday, were produced in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Imphal west and remanded to police custody for 10 days, a source said.
The three UNLF cadres, including two women were brought back to Imphal today at about 9.15 am by Indian Airlines flight from Guwahati.
They were Mutum Ibohal (38) son of M Shyamkishore of Kabo Wangjing, Khwairakpam Landhoni (33) wife of Kh Jiten of Awang Sekmai presently residing at Uripok Tourangbam Leikai and Bembem Chanu (25) of Maringthel village of Andro.
Landhoni is the wife of Self Styled Lieutenant Colonel Kh Jiten who was among the seven brought back yesterday.
