Bishnupur, April 16 2019:
Campaigning for BJP's RK Ranjan at Thangalawai Sabal Mamang Leikai, Public Ground in Bishnupur, Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Monday said that his Government is all about bringing growth and development for its people.
Saying that the BJP led Government was born amidst chaos as a result of the extra-judicial killings, economic blockades among other issues, Biren asserted that the State has evolved and is now witnessing new and better changes of development and growth.
Talking about the various schemes and projects both the Centre and the State Government has launched, Biren said that the Ayushman Bharat scheme and the State's CMHT have reached out to many who were deprived of proper healthcare services.
Go To Village and Go To Hills have reached nook and corners of the State with services at the doorsteps of the villagers.
Through the missions, the villagers were able to interact and file their grievances to the officers concerned in person at their villages/homes, he said.
Appealing for support to the BJP for a more peaceful and stronger Government under leadership of PM Narendra Modi, the CM urged people to vote for Dr RK Ranjan in the Inner Parliamentary election on April 18.The one day political conference organised by BJP Thanga Mandal was also attended by CAF & PD Minister Karam Shyam, Kumbi AC MLA S Bira, Thanga AC MLA T Robindro Singh, Moirang AC MLA P Sharatchandra, BJP Bishnupur District Committee president RK Bimola Devi and other party leaders.
The gathering also observed a two minute silence for the soul of three women who died during the storm on Monday morning.
