Irabot memorial structures to be built for educating poor students, spreading his ideals

Socialist Students' Union of Manipur (SSUM) observed its 4th foundation day at Hindi Parishad, Old Assembly road today.
SSUM president Soraisam Yaima, MPPDU executive member Tayengjam Shyam and Young Communities League convenor Wahengbam Kameshwor attended the function as presidium members.
SSUM president S Yaima, while addressing the gathering, maintained that the foundation day was observed based on the beliefs and passions of Lamyanba Irabot adding that the organisation has always put forth its aim to bring an equal society.
He went on to state that a blood donation camp will also be held at JNIMS on the theme 'Manaba Khunaigi Kathoklaba E'.
President Soraisam Yaima said that memorial structure of Lamyanba Irabot will be built at different parts of the State to spread the ideals of Lamyanba adding that students belonging to deprived families will be given free education at the memorial structures/institutes.
Conveying that May Day will be observed in a vast manner and a quarterly publication will also start from the month of April, he further stated that the executive members and advisors of SSUM will be discussing on the initiation of the said projects.
