INC candidate monitoring booths in Inner PC : Tell tale clippings on YouTube

In a startling expose', a video recording of about 4-5 minutes, available on You Tube, INC candidate in the Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency and sitting MP Dr T Meinya is seen spending hours at polling booth number 17/7 at Khonghampat High School under 31 Thoubal AC.
In the background are voices of scuffles, loud arguments and clashes between groups, reportedly between the INC workers and other workers, such as CPI and BJP including locals.
The latter part of the recording also shows CPI candidate Dr Nara complaining to the presiding officer outside the booth, while the INC candidate looks on.
Moreover in another short video recording of approximately 2-3 minutes also on You Tube is a lunch being prepared at Hodam Leishangthem High School in Thoubal District on the day of polling.
Talking to The Sangai Express, Dr Nara said that the INC candidate came over the polling station and was monitoring for more than an hour.
Upon receiving the report he went over and complained to the Polling officer, said Nara, and only did then the INC candidate leave the venue.
The lunch , according to the CPI candidate was served for the Polling officials nearby the polling booth at 31/12 under Thoubal AC.
Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency candidate Dr M Nara of the CPI placed a complaint against malpractice and booth capturing by workers of INC and demanded re-poll or exclusion of polling stations in several areas of Thoubal district , particularly polling station no 17/7 in the counting of votes.
Camping in the capital, Dr Nara along with CPI national secretary D Raja also addressed the media today at the Party Central office in New Delhi.
While the ECI is yet to respond officially on the complaints submitted by Dr Nara, the CPI candidate is hopeful of some kind of action, "if not a re-poll, excluding the polling booth in the counting" he said.
Nara further elaborated that the CPI and its wings CPI (M) CPI (ML) and other left parties are expected to win about 50 seats across the country.
Mulling over a third front , the CPI and allied parties have entered into a pre-poll alliance with the AIADMK in Tamil Nadu, the left Democratic Front in Kerala, the JDU in Bihar.
