Accordingly an inverter that will reduce the electric supply gap to zero whenever there was a power cut was devised by the MSPDCL, and one unit of the same was handed over today.
The water tanks were also meant to address the water shortage at the Covid Isolation ward.
It may be noted that the TA and Hills Minister, Vungzagin Valte along with Singngat MLA, Ginsuanhau visited the hospital on Friday after numerous complaints about the lack of water and continuous power supply at the isolation ward were highlighted in various social media platforms.
The committee was formed during the' visit to address the shortfalls as it came to light that oxygen supply has been affected for some minutes whenever there was a power cut.
