SEACO celebrates 3rd Foundation Day

The 3rd Foundation Day of South East Asia Cultural Organisation (SEACO) was celebrated at Lamyanba Sanglen, Konung Mamang today.
Speaking as the chief guest of the function, Joint Director of Art and Culture, Sapam Bheigya said all concerned should cooperate in the endeavour to preserve the culture.
President of United Committee Manipur (UCM), Y Nabachandra cautioned the people to remain alert against invasion of indigenous culture by exotic cultures.
Yumnamcha Dilipkumar, president of PANDAM lauded the efforts of SEACO in its efforts for the protection of indigenous culture against the rising wave of other cultural influences.
Other dignitaries attending the occasion included SEACO president, Koijam Brojen; Dr Y Mani Khuman, president of AMUCO; Dean of CAU, Dr N Iboton; president of Kanglamei, Y Leirikleima; president of ACOAM-Lup, Kangleipak, Ksh Somorendro; president of IPSA, E Johnson; CLK president Th Tampakleima Chanu and Mr World title winner Ng Santikumar.
