A 10 day Craft Bazar being organised by the Women's Income Generation Centre (WIGC) under the sponsorship of the Development
Commissioner (Handicraft), Ministry of Textiles will be opened at Thoubal mela ground from February 6 .
Speaking to reporters WIGC secretary Oinam Indira informed that 160 stalls will be opened in the Craft Bazar.
The stalls will exhibit more than 30
varieties of *kouna *products.
Governor Dr SS Sidhu will visit the Bazar on February 12, Indira said while informing that the basic objective of the Bazar is to create awareness on self-employment among the unemployed youths and helpless women of the State.
The Bazar will also feature painting, debating and symposium , she added.
