It is also imperative to improve law and order and maintain peace, stated the veteran BJP leader.
The NDA Government has been paying extra attention to the whole North East region so that the region can catch up with other more developed regions of the country and beyond, he added.
BJP Manipur Pradesh president Th Chaoba claimed that over three lakh electorate of Manipur have enrolled in the party.
Chaoba also conveyed gratitude to Murli Manohar Joshi for setting up Central Agriculture University in Manipur when he was the Union Human Resource Development Minister.
He then launched a verbal attack against Chief Minister O Ibobi saying that the latter was not sincere enough while exploring suitable sites for the proposed National Sports University.
Chaoba said that BJP Manipur Pradesh would soon organise a meeting to discuss about the location of the National Sports University.
Central Government teams should be taken to different probable sites rather than taking them to just one or two pre-determined site(s) .
The State Government is unable to give an exact account of the State's annual income and it is not doing anything to enhance the State's income.
The incumbent Government has been serving the interests of only a handful of people.
People need to teach this Government a befitting lesson, Chaoba added.
