7 more test positive for Covid : 15,944 frontline workers vaccinated till date

Imphal, February 11 2021:
Seven persons, all civilians, tested positive for COVID-19 while 3 recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours.
On the other hand, the State has so far vaccinated 15,944 frontline workers including 14,313 healthcare workers.
2,197 frontline workers were vaccinated against Covid today, said the Government report.
The total number of Covid cases has reached 29,155 while the number of active cases has increased by three since yesterday to reach 53 .
Yesterday, the Government COVID-19 Common Control Room had reported 49 active cases.
The total number of recovered cases has reached 28,729 with a recovery rate of 98.53 percent.
With no Covid related deaths, the death toll remains at 373 .
Meanwhile, the 7 people who tested positive for COVID-19 hail from Imphal West (3), Thoubal (2) and Churachandpur (2) .
The 3 who have recovered from COVID-19 include one who was under home isolation.
The remaining two have been discharged from COVID-19 Care Centres opened at JNIMS and SHRI, said the report of COVID-19 Common Control Room issued by Additional Director (Health) Dr Sasheekumar Mangang.
The cumulative number of COVID-19 positive cases has reached 29,155 including 25,725 civilians and 3,430 central security personnel.
The cumulative number of recovered cases has reached 28,729 including 25,314 civilians and 3,415 Central security personnel.
The number of active cases is 53 including 42 civilians and 11 Central security personnel.
