Royal Gym Ukhrul reaches out to Haokok FC team

Demonstrating unwavering support to fostering young sporting talents, Royal Gymnasium Ukhrul has extended its support to the Haokok FC team as they prepare to compete in the upcoming State Level Subroto Football Tournament 2024.On Wednesday, a delegation from Royal Gymnasium, led by proprietor and master trainer L Robert Meitei and his better half, Nimmi Shimray, paid a visit to the Haokok FC Academy in Kazipphung, Hungpung village.
During the visit, they presented the team with a generous donation of essential sports kits and nutritional supplements.
"The hardship faced by sportspersons can be known by sportspersons or sports lovers.Toaay, my wife, myself and my team visited the Haokok FC Academy in Kazipphung to support, cheer up and give a little bit of assistance," Robert Meitei said.
He also extended his best wishes for the team representing Ukhrul in the tournament.

The assistance included 16 Shakers for 16 players (Multi Sports Nutrition), 2 kg energy drink from Absolute Nutrition (Aqua Fuel) as well as 1 Shaker, 1 sports bag and 1 T- shirt for Coach Ngaraipam.
From her side, Nimmi Shimray also extended Rs 3500 to the team.
At the same time, Robert Meitei expressed gratitude to to Mr Irfan (Proprietor of Multi Sports Nutrition), Mr Manas Deka, and Mr Nivya.

He further conveyed special thanks to Ukhrul MLA Ram Muivah, social activist Somatai Shaiza, IGP IK Muivah, MOA President Sunil, MOA vice-president Rachandra, MOA treasurer Kiran, DYASO Ukhrul, CSOs and students bodies of Ukhrul district.
