RFC, BFC, PP prevail in Thoruwl Trophy

Imphal, May 04 2024: The 1st Thoruwl Trophy on Saturday saw Ruul FC, Brotherhood FC and Pupu Papa secure comfortable wins at Thoruwl Turf in Chandel.

Ruul FC started the day with a commanding 8-3 victory against Ithimuma FC, with both K Shin-gkham and Ch Morthra scoring a treble, and Tonthang getting two goals.

In the second match, Brotherhood FC claimed an 8-6 win over Mosang Pantha YCC.

Dam-rengcheng scored a hat-trick, Buk Buk netted twice, and Ser-vish, Abul and Japhet added one goal each in their triumph.

Pupu Papa wrapped up the day's fixture with a 11-5 hammering of Paraolon FC.

Anand led the rout with a hat-trick as Angthot, Mokham and Huten each netted two goals, with Kobdy and Tongsin Aarson chipping in with one goal apiece.
